Let's begin with a beautiful dialogue delivered by Mr. Amitabh Bacchan in the super hit film Deewar.
Vijay: Aaj mere paas paisa hai, bangla hai, gaadi hai, naukar hai, bank balance hai, aur tumhare paas kya hai?
And ravi said - mere paas Maa hai.
Let's put this into practice between your mind and you.
You as Vijya :- Aaj mere paas paisa hai, bangla hai, gaadi hai, naukar hai, bank balance hai, aur tumhare paas kya hai?
Your mind:- mere pas sukun hai - translation- I have peace inside me, which you can not buy from anything else.
Why are people so preoccupied with buying items that aren't necessary for a happier life?
There are three things in every mind that lead us to the pits of hell:
Stress
Tension
Depression
The reason I began with all of the film's dialogues is that, in today's world, people have all of the materialistic things they want, but they lack certain precious people or moments that can help them relax or find inner peace.
So, we're not here to chastise you for your accomplishments; instead, we're here to figure out what's causing your stress, anxiety, and depression. All three are linked and form a chain that is destroying our brain, despite the fact that this is a development of our own brain with separate sides. The first step is tension; in general, we do not accept everything that is given to us free of charge, but this is one of those things that we accept without excuse or bargain.
Have you ever considered why this feeling of tension arises in your mind?
Tension is a good place to start. If you don't deal with it, it will turn into stress, and if you don't deal with it, it will turn into depression. This is the tiniest of measures.
Our mind is a living entity, not a robot without feelings. Your mind's first duty is to protect you from any danger that might threaten you for a single second; as a result, your mind calculates the risk of causing high, moderate, or low damage to your body or mind. It then creates a priority list within it, and when items aren't completed according to its calculations, conflict arises.
So, what's the best way to deal with it?
Every scenario may have a positive or negative output or consequence. If you're in a situation, calculate your work or results to see what the output of your action will be. If you know the result in both positive and negative terms, make a plan B for the negative outcome. It will send you a direct hint in your mind to be ready for any circumstance and embrace both truths.
After reading this post, your mind will ask you the following question:
How to defined your situation
How to do a calculation
Where is the knowledge about your problem
What to do in an emotional situation
What to do in a sudden act
I'll go over each answer one by one, starting with the most basic scenario. We are surrounded by just a few items in our everyday lives.
Family
Friends
Jobs
Personal life
Finance
Finance
There is a lot of literature on financial planning, but I like the Pinterest idea of investing in a long-term plan and saving money for immediate expenditures in addition to the long-term plan. Make sure you protect yourself with some insurance buffer of the health plan as they are vital for your secure existence.
Friends
When it comes to the friend's side, keep in mind that a friend may be young or old, new or old, male or female, and so on. They are all a part of your life, but not YOUR OWN LIFE, no matter what their situation is. You have complete power in your life; don't let someone else's mistake destroy your mind or life. Than to God, we can choose our mates, so make friendship a priority in your life and have those friends who are problem solvers and provide you with some positivity by their behavior.
If you want to succeed in life, I have a personal recommendation: never make friends your age because they all have the same collection of thoughts and experiences. I don't have any friends my age; either they're younger than me, so I help them with their problems and gain experience, or I have older people in my circle, who share an incident that teaches me a lesson.
Family
Now, let's talk about the family. To be completely honest, a family requires Time, Planning, Security, and Communication. The reason I emphasize communication is because it is the foundation of your family's relationships; if there is a miscommunication or no communication, trust me, you are in a major bind.
Do it whenever you want and with everyone, regardless of whether it is good or bad, right or wrong. Simply go for it. You must note one simple fact: they are your family, and they are always there for you, no matter what time it is or what situation you are in. They are enraged when you do something wrong, so it hurts them even more when you withhold something from them.
So, on their face, release everything and be free of any stress anxiety and tension.
Job
No one wants to work 9 to 5 or for a ruthless boss, but it is now a fact of life that you must work for roti, kapada, and makan. However, after making financial plans, you can note that there is no longer any pressure on you to stay in a single boring job or to save money.
Personal life
This is a horrible part of life if you don't know what you want from yourself, I've noticed that when anything happens with your loved one, people tend to get stressed or depressed; however, you don't need to be depressed, for example, if you've recently broken up with your partner, there's no need to act like Devdas because if he or she leaves you, it means they weren't made for you.
Final thoughts
After that, the most important thing is to sit down and listen to your favorite song while out and about. Carry on with this exercise and keep an eye on this area.
